Practice Emphasis: Adam’s practice primarily consists of real estate and business litigation, development, and transactions. Adam is also a problem-solver, and as such, he is frequently hired as a mediator to assist disputing parties reach a resolution. He is an AV® Preeminent peer review rated attorney through Martindale-Hubbell. Adam was selected for the Thomson Reuters' 2012 and 2013 list of Southwest Super Lawyers® as a Rising Star, and in 2017, he joined the list of Southwest Super Lawyers®.

Adam clients include: real estate owners and developers, car dealerships, sale finance companies, restaurants/bars, churches, licensed contractors, lenders/financiers, title/escrow companies, engineers, farmers, ranchers, franchisors, educational institutions, manufacturers, commercial landlords/tenants, and real estate professionals.

Real Estate. Adam has significant litigation experience with respect to boundary disputes, easements, adverse possession, non-disclosure, breach of contract, abandonment, condemnation, partition, fraud, eminent domain, title, foreclosures, commission, financing, forcible detainer, specific performance, and judgment collection real estate matters. Adam has successfully tried real property cases to verdict, including claims for quiet title, easement, non-disclosure, warranty, and breach of contract.

For real estate development, Adam represents sellers, buyers and developers in all areas including assemblage and acquisitions, entity formation, signage, zoning and land use, construction, and financing for projects. Adam also represent clients in the negotiation, documentation, title review and other due diligence investigation relating to all aspects of the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential properties.

Adam has been a presenter, or speaker, before the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, real estate brokerages, and to other lawyers for various continuing legal education seminars.

Business. Adam is experienced in assisting his clients from forming and maintaining business entities, overseeing business transaction, and effective representation in the event of litigation. Adam is experienced in providing business owners with guidance for employer/employee relationships. Adam has owned, operated, and managed businesses outside of the law, making him uniquely suited to counsel clients balancing business acumen and legal analysis.

Mediation. Adam is an experienced mediator. He has successfully conducted over 100 mediations resulting in settlement. He has provided training for the Arizona Association of REALTORS® Ombudsman Program. Adam is a former Judge Pro Tem with the Maricopa County Superior Court, which gives him a unique perspective when trying to assist parties reach a resolution. Adam is an approved mediator and arbitrator for the Arizona Association of REALTORS®.

Automobile Industry. Adam represents car dealerships and sale finance companies in the automobile industry, specifically as to licensing, audits, wholesale and retail transactions, warranties, GAP coverage, administrative claims, consumer claims, asset recovery, and debt collection. He has significant experience with flooring lines of credit. He is familiar with the applicable UCC statues, the Arizona lemon law, and the consumer protection statutes applicable to automobile transactions.

Bar Admissions: Adam Decker was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 2002. Adam is licensed to represent his clients in the trial and appellate courts at the state and federal levels in Arizona.

Education: Adam Decker attended Arizona State University as a Merit Scholar, graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in English. He studied law at Washburn University, where he received his Juris Doctor. During law school, Adam was a judicial extern for the Honorable Sam A. Crow with the U.S. District Court of Kansas.

Personal: Adam is a fifth generation Arizonan, and he is blissfully married with wonderful children.
