Aaron Finter represented a national home builder in an action brought under Arizona’s Purchaser Dwelling Act. The Plaintiff was alleging damages in excess of $8,000,000.00. Following oral argument, the court granted summary judgment in favor of our clients on all counts, and dismissed the case.
